Facebook, Instagram etc. request customer support or any other such related activities we or our service providers or business partners may require you to provide us with the information that relates to you, including personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social media account details, credit card or debit card details, your occupation, interests and the like etc. The Information provided by the users enables us to improve our Services and provide you the most user-friendly experience. In some cases/provision of certain service(s) or utility(ies), we may require your contact address as well.

When you register with Tyunami, we contact you on regular basis regarding updation of your personal information to provide the users such features as may interest you and/or prove beneficial to you.

If you wish, you may provide us with another person’s email or phone number so that the person may be invited to join Tyunami or so that we may facilitate your communication with other people through the Services. Local law may require you to seek the consent of your contacts to provide their personal information to Tyunami, who may use that information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.


In order to register for a Tyunami account on the Site, you are required to provide Tyunami with certain Personal Data, such as your email address, phone number, username and password. Your user name is listed publicly on the Services, including in search results. We may use your email address and/or phone number to send you information about the Services, provide customer support or to notify you of additional Tyunami products and services. You may use your account settings to unsubscribe from notifications from Tyunami.


You may also choose to provide Tyunami with additional Personal Data for your profile, which we will make public (your “Public Profile”), such as a picture, your location and an additional blurb about yourself. The information that you provide in your Public Profile will be visible to others, including anonymous visitors to the Site.


If you sign into the Site with a third party social network, such as Facebook Connect, we will collect any information that you have agreed to make available to Tyunami through such account, which may include: (1) your first and last name, (2) your user ID/URL, (3) your profile picture, (4) your list of friends, (5) your email address and/or phone number, and/or (6) your birthday. This information will be primarily used for user registration and to enhance your social experience on the Site, which may include friend-to-friend interaction and notifications, chat, or messaging functionality, public leaderboards, head-to-head competition and other similar features. If you sign into Tyunami with a third party social network and agree to make your list of friends on such network available to Tyunami, your friends on such network will automatically follow you on the Site and your Tyunami account will be automatically configured to follow your friends. You can, however, unfollow any other user on Tyunami at any time.


Tyunami's Services are designed to help you create and share Content. Most of the information you provide Tyunami is information you are asking Tyunami to make public. This includes the Content you create and the metadata associated with it, such as when you created it, the people you follow, the songs you mark as favourites or share, and your comments on Content provided by other users. We will associate this information with your Personal Data and we may use this information and other information that results from your use of the Site and/or Services to customize the content we show you, including ads. When you share information or Content via the Site or the Services, you should think carefully about what you are making public.

Our beacons are embedded in outgoing emails and generate a call back to the Tyunami server when such emails are opened. Tyunami uses beacons to track the status of sent emails.
  1. Log Files: Information is logged about your use of the Platforms including your IP address, Device ID, Cellular Network Information and Internet Service Provider Information. This enables us with the information about the use of the Platform, how long our users stay on that page and which hyperlinks, if any, they click on.

Location Information: The information about the location of your device may be collected by us when you access or use the Platform; of if you choose to turn on the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or any other geolocation functionality when you use the App, subject to your consent, the App may collect and use your geographic location information. We automatically detect and store the email id registered with your play store account (in case of Android devices). Further, if you connect into Tyunami with any social networking site (“SNS”), we may also receive some data from that network (e.g. your SNS ID, name, profile picture, gender, age, locale and email address), which shall be deemed to be included within the meaning of your Personal Information.
  1. Information from other sources: We may receive information from other sources and combine that with the information we collect through the Platform. In addition, we may receive information about you if other users of a third-party application or website gives us access to their profiles and you are one of their connections or information about you is otherwise accessible through your connections web page, profile page or any such similar page on social media, social networking or other third-party website or interactive service.
  1. Third-party platforms and marketplaces: Third-party libraries included in Tyunami's applications collect device information and user activity within the application. Third-party platforms and marketplaces through which Tyunami's applications are made available may collect information about you, or receive information from Tyunami, in order to provide or analyse their services. These third-party platforms and marketplaces are neither developed nor administered by us and we are not responsible for the actions of those third parties. You should carefully review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party platforms or marketplaces that you use to access Tyunami's applications.
  1. Google Analytics :We use Google Analytics' Demographics and Interest Reporting feature to collect information about use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Site. We will not facilitate the merging of your Personal Data with non-personally identifiable information collected through Google Analytics unless we have given you notice of that merger.
